...to everybody's team this week. Well, except Carolina (sorry). Yes, I know...there's a maximum of 16 teams that will come out winners when the final whistle is blown Monday. But hopefully, even if your team winds up on the short end, it will at least look good in defeat, giving you hope for a victory next week.
Plus it's better (IMO) when everyone's at least entertained.
All right, I've got to go brew some
coffee now. Only got a few hours of sleep last night. Excitement, you know?
Go Seahawks!

Yeah, we did this last year, too. |
Congrats to Hawks. I long road trip to start things out is always tough, but they pulled out a win as good team should.
ReplyDeleteMy Steelers looked anemic. Might be a long year. Still, glad to have football season back again.
Maybe they can sign my Steeler Zombie. If he gets injured it won't matter he won't feel it.
Congrats to Seattle! Now, I hope the Iggles (translation for non-Philly area folks=Eagles) don't embarrass themselves on Monday Night Football.
ReplyDelete@ Tim:
ReplyDeleteI think your Steeler Zombie looks awesome...though in Blood Bowl I've always pegged the Steelers as an ork or chaos team.
@ Anthony:
Chip Kelly doesn't have a lot o fans out here in Pac-12 territory (well, outside of Oregon). It will be interesting to see how his offense translates to the NFL.
