As much as I like to think that things have improved in the hobby, a step back demonstrates that the pursuit of profit (at the expense of a number of things) marches on in almost exactly the same way in the corporate world. The only difference is that this decade isn't yet old enough to have most of its history with the hobby written out in nice books and Wikipedia articles.<br /><br />Heck, even during my brief stint as a concession worker, I found myself debating what would be "good for the customer" vs. what would be "good for business".
